Highway and Linxup Partner to Streamline the Carrier Onboarding Experience

DALLAS, TX — MARCH 14, 2024 — Linxup, a leading provider of electronic logging devices (ELD) and software, and Highway, the company behind the Carrier Identity Engine that is transforming the transportation industry, have launched a strategic partnership to streamline the carrier onboarding process and prevent fraud in the trucking space.

Linxup is known for its powerful, affordable GPS fleet and asset-tracking solutions, including ELD devices for truck drivers. Linxup’s ELD solutions help trucking companies keep track of hours of service while complying with federal mandates. These ELD solutions also help replace traditional, manual tracking processes with automation that eliminates errors and saves time.

Through this partnership, carriers using Linxup’s ELD solutions will be able to accelerate the process of onboarding and verifying their equipment capability profiles with Highway users. This integration will not only accelerate onboarding and save time but also contribute to the creation of an ecosystem built on identity, connectivity, and trust.

"We're thrilled to partner with Highway to make carrier onboarding faster, easier, and safer," said Linxup Chief Revenue Officer Brad Bedoe. "This partnership epitomizes our commitment to simplifying complexity for the benefit of everyone in the trucking industry."

Highway is the company that introduced the concept of identity and access management (IAM) to the transportation industry. With theft, double-brokering, and other forms of fraud on the rise across the trucking landscape, Highway works in the background to identify the carrier taking on loads and generally secure digital bookings.

“At Highway, we’re on a mission to eliminate fraud in the transportation industry while minimizing friction in processes like onboarding,” said Highway Chief Commercial Officer Michael Caney. “We can do this only through integration partnerships with companies like Linxup, and we’re excited to see the benefits this creates for customers of both our companies.”

Any carrier working with a Highway user will now see Linxup as an option during the onboarding process, allowing them to complete onboarding and get to work as quickly and securely as possible.
